Foresight as a service is a foresight programme run for you, not a one-off report. Each cycle the 311 Strategic Intelligence Unit scans the 311 Starburst of emerging technologies and trends for your sector, business functions and technology areas, places every change on the 311 horizons, shows what moved since last time and tells you what to do first. It follows the 311 Anticipate, Assess, Act framework and comes in three depths: Foresight Lite, Foresight Plus and Foresight Professional.

What is foresight as a service?
It is a foresight programme the 311 Strategic Intelligence Unit runs for you, inside Vantage. Every cycle it scans the 311 Starburst of emerging technologies and trends for your sector, places each change on the 311 horizons, shows what moved since last time and lists what to do.
Which version is right for me?
Foresight Lite comes with the Personal plan and suits one person and their sector. Foresight Plus comes with the Pro plan and suits a team or company, with three focus areas, a priority register, scenarios and a board pack. Foresight Professional comes with the Corporate plan and suits a leadership team, with ten focus areas refreshed weekly and two programme reviews a year with Matthew Griffin.
How often is my pack refreshed?
Foresight Lite and Foresight Plus refresh every fortnight. Foresight Professional refreshes every week. You can also refresh your pack once a day when you change your focus.
What is a hot alert?
An E-Mail we send between packs when something in your focus changes and it is urgent: it moves to Act now, its expected date comes forward by two years or more, or it arrives on the Starburst already at Act now. Foresight Lite and Foresight Plus include 5 hot alerts a month; Foresight Professional includes 20, shared by your team.
What time horizons does it cover?
Foresight Lite covers H1 (up to 5 years) and H2 (5 to 10 years). Foresight Plus and Foresight Professional add H3 (10 to 25 years).
Can my whole team use it?
Yes on the Corporate plan: Foresight Professional is shared by everyone on the plan, with one set of focus areas and one register.
Is it advice?
No. It is foresight to inform your decisions: what we see coming and how it could affect your priorities. Decisions stay with you.
