As regular visitors to our community will know the future is fast paced, complex, and dynamic, and it’s accelerating. Over the years most of the content I’ve created has been lengthy, whether it’s my Codex of the Future Series of books which are now some thousands of pages long, my interviews, keynotes, and videos which contain several thousand hours of content, or my blog which and its thousands of articles about the latest exponential technologies and innovations.
Despite all this content though I realise you’re busy and some of you have minutes to spare not hours or days so I’d like to introduce you to my new Bitesize Future series where in the space of just a couple of minutes, in video shorts, I and my clients will highlight important technologies and trends that make your head spin. Or that’s the idea, so let's see how we get on, and if you have any requests then just get in touch.

Change outpaces long reports.
The rate of change keeps accelerating, and leaders rarely have hours to spare. Short briefings let teams keep up between deeper reviews. Build quick scanning into regular meetings.
Automation reshapes talent.
Several episodes look at how automation will change the workforce and why job mobility matters. Humans keep an edge in many tasks. Plan reskilling before roles disappear.
Digital humans extend reach.
Digital humans and bots can extend a person's presence at global scale. That changes how firms serve customers and train staff. Test where they could add value.
Three questions for your next leadership meeting
- How does our leadership team keep up with fast-moving trends?
- Which roles in our workforce face the most automation?
- Where could digital humans extend our reach?
